Introduction
This agreement has been prepared to protect and preserve the rights of both Numrah App (the “Platform”) and the User (whether registered or not) or the Client benefiting from the services and content published on the application. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. By accessing or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Platform Definition
- Numrah App is a digital platform specialized in listing, selling, and purchasing Jordanian vehicle plate numbers available for personal use. It allows users to post their advertisements and promote them within the app and through the platform’s official social media accounts.
- The app operates under Mulhem Digital Creativity Establishment, based in Amman – Jordan, with Commercial Registration No. 592203.
- The platform complies with all laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Platform Responsibility
- Numrah App only provides an online advertising space and does not participate in any sales or purchase transactions between the seller and buyer.
- The app does not charge any commission on direct sales between users.
- The app bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information contained in advertisements, including (phone number or plate details), whether provided intentionally or unintentionally.
Featured Ads Service
- Numrah App offers a Featured Ads service for a fee, payable electronically through a secure payment gateway.
- Payments are processed via HyperPay, a trusted electronic payment provider, using accepted bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, or any other payment method determined by the app).
- The app disclaims any responsibility for storing or processing bank card data outside its scope, as all payment processing is exclusively handled by HyperPay.
- Fees paid for featured or commercial advertisements are non-refundable.
Data Protection and User Privacy
- Numrah App is committed to protecting users’ data and privacy, and will not disclose any personal information to any third party outside the app, except with the user’s consent or as required by law.
- The app may retain certain technical data such as (IP address, browser type) for security and protection purposes.
- It is strictly prohibited to collect phone numbers or any data published on the app for commercial or marketing purposes without written permission from the app’s administration.
Prohibited Use
- The app may not be used for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the app, its servers, or its social media accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The app reserves the right to take necessary legal actions, locally or internationally, against any prohibited activity.
Plate Ownership Verification
Numrah App has the right to request documents proving ownership of any listed plate (such as a copy of the ownership certificate), while allowing the user to conceal part of any sensitive data.
Amendments to the Terms
Numrah App’s administration reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the privacy policy at any time, and users will be notified in the event of any significant changes.
Important Notice
- All plates listed on Numrah App are fully owned by their respective owners, and the responsibility for the content and prices of the ads lies solely with the advertiser.
- Numrah App does not act as a broker or party in any negotiations or sales transactions and limits its role to providing a digital platform for organizing, publishing, and promoting ads through its channels.
- The app’s administration does not offer valuation or pricing services for plates and bears no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of the posted prices.
Right to Take Legal Action
Numrah App reserves the right to file a complaint with the competent authorities inside or outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the event of any attempt to exploit the website or application for fraud or scams, or to carry out any malicious activity including publishing sabotage content, tampering with the app’s software or servers, targeting its social media accounts, or disrupting its official WhatsApp groups registered under the number 0791669666, or any attempt to damage the app’s reputation, operation, or services.

Continuing to use Numrah App after the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of such amendments.
